Nonalcoholic beer for your dog

by Michelle

There is so much focus on humans and their alcohol in take. Supposedly 1 drink a day for women is good and 2 drinks a day for men is Ok too. The French have low cholesterol because of all the red wine they drink. The US and Europeans love beer of all kinds. But you know what, we never hear about any adult beverages for dogs. We found this company and their nonalcoholic suds for your pooch. 3 Busy Dogs, makers of Bowser Beer, provide fun and healthy treats for your dog.

Here’s a clip from their website:

“Is your dog drinking responsibly? Is he sneaking sips of your beer, licking your glass of bourbon, drinking margharitas with you? All of these are stories we’ve heard from people. And you know in your heart that any alcoholic beverage is not good for your dog.

But hey, there are parties going on out there and what self-respecting dog is going to miss out on that? Birthdays, Yappy Hours, BarktOberfests, football parties a dog gets thirsty just thinking about it.

And then there are the working dogs who come home from a long hard day of going to schools and hospitals, helping their humans, and herding cats. Don’t you think they deserve to pop a cold brew with you at cocktail time?

We use only 100% American-made, human-grade ingredients…right down to the American-made glucosamine added for healthy joints. Thus, in case you mistakenly drink it thinking it’s for humans, you won’t grow a long tail and floppy ears.

First, we make a protein-rich beef broth - not the salty stuff out of a can. Next, we add malt barley for shiny coats and the flavor of beer without the adverse affects. No carbonation, alcohol, or hops (which can cause seizures in dogs) are part of this delicious brew. Then we bottle it in 12 oz. recyclable, plastic beer bottles with tamper-proof, resealable caps.

Served room-temperature or cold, it makes a delicious, healthy alternative to water. We hear from lots of customers that cats like it too.

Suggested serving size is:

  • Large dogs - 1 12 oz.bottle
  • Sm-med dogs - 1/4 - 1/2 12 oz. bottle “
